German Speaking Chat Assistant

We are looking for a reliable German speaking chat assistant to communicate with customers via text, schedule appointments, and actively support our sales process. A large part of this role involves building conversations, identifying customer needs, and confidently recommending suitable offers. Excellent written German, strong communication skills, and a sales oriented mindset are essential. You should enjoy chatting with people, be empathetic, persuasive, and motivated by performance based bonuses. Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required. We are looking for someone interested in a long term collaboration.
