German-Speaking Recruiter / Phone Assistant Needed for Candidate Qualification Calls

We are Uvvo, a recruiting agency in Germany helping employers hire skilled workers who already live in Germany. We are looking for a reliable German-speaking freelancer who can occasionally call our candidates and collect missing information from them. This is not a sales job. The candidates have already registered with us or have shown interest in job opportunities. Your task is to speak with them professionally, check their current situation, and document the information clearly. This is a small test project at first. We currently have around 5–10 candidates who need to be contacted. If the cooperation works well, this can become ongoing occasional work. Your tasks You will call candidates and ask them about: * Whether they are currently looking for a job * Their current city and postal code in Germany * Whether they are willing to relocate * Their German language level * Their work permit / residence status * Their professional experience * Their salary expectations * Their availability / possible start date * Whether they have a CV or certificates * Whether they agree that Uvvo may present their profile anonymously to suitable employers After each call, you will write a short structured summary in English or German. Example output after a call: Candidate reached: Yes / No Current location: Looking for work: Yes / No / Later German level: Profession / experience: Willing to relocate: Work permit: Salary expectation: Availability: CV/documents available: Consent to be presented to employers: Important notes: Recommended next step: Requirements You should have: * Very good spoken German * Professional and friendly phone communication * Experience with recruiting, HR, customer support, or phone-based communication * Ability to make calls from a German phone number, or willingness to use our calling setup after onboarding * Reliability and clear documentation * Basic English is helpful * Russian or Ukrainian is a plus, but not required Important You must handle candidate data confidentially. Please do not store, share, or reuse candidate information outside this project. This first project is a test with 5–10 candidate calls. If it works well, we would like to continue working together on a regular basis. Hourly budget We prefer hourly cooperation with a small weekly limit at the beginning.
