**German-Speaking Sales Representative / Appointment Setter for Solar Panel Customers in Switzerland** We are looking for a German-speaking sales representative to help us contact potential solar panel customers in Switzerland. We will provide the lead list. Your role will be to call the leads, introduce our solar panel services, qualify interested customers, answer basic questions, and help book appointments or next steps. The work may also include follow-up calls, updating lead status, and reporting call results clearly. The business is based in Switzerland, so strong German communication skills are required. Swiss German is a big plus. The role may also require field visits in Switzerland, depending on the customer and location. We would like to start with a short trial project first to test the process, communication quality, and results. If the trial goes well, this can become an ongoing role. **Responsibilities:** * Call potential solar panel customers from a provided lead list * Explain our solar panel offer in a clear and professional way * Qualify customer interest and collect relevant information * Book appointments or arrange next steps * Follow up with interested leads * Keep accurate notes and report call outcomes * Potentially attend field visits in Switzerland when needed **Requirements:** * Fluent German speaker * Comfortable speaking with customers by phone * Sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience * Professional and trustworthy communication style * Ability to work independently and report results clearly * Based in Switzerland or able to travel within Switzerland is preferred **Nice to have:** * Experience in solar panels, renewable energy, construction, real estate, or home improvement sales * Swiss German language skills * Previous experience selling to homeowners or businesses in Switzerland Please apply with a short introduction, your German language level, your sales/calling experience, and whether you have any solar panel or field sales experience.
