We produce a lot of video content, run ads, and build AI automations. My bottleneck is not ideas. It’s time. That’s why I’m hiring someone who can take things off my plate and just handle them. Your job is simple in theory Make sure things get done without me chasing them. What you’ll do Every day looks different. That’s the point. You might Communicate with clients via email, LinkedIn DMs and Instagram DMs Answer messages and keep conversations organized Monitor our AI automations and improve them if something breaks Coordinate our video editors and manage review rounds Act like a Head of Editing and make sure videos are delivered on time Create simple client reports and support client success Upload invoices and keep our folders clean and structured Handle random operational tasks that free up my time What we expect Native level German, written and spoken Very good English Extremely reliable and very organized Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Clcikup, Slack, Instagram, LinkedIn Fast learner with AI tools and automations Proactive mindset, you don’t wait, you act Bonus if you have Experience with video editing Experience with client communication Experience with AI tools or marketing agencies Work setup Remote 2 to 4 hours per day to start Flexible schedule Long term only High chance to grow into a full time role We don’t want freelancers jumping between 10 clients.
