German-Speaking Sales Caller / Closer for Warm Leads (Local SEO & Website Optimization) We are looking for a native German-speaking sales professional who can call warm leads and help convert them into paying clients. About us: We help local businesses and tradespeople (Handwerker, Dienstleister, lokale Unternehmen) generate more inbound leads through: - Website optimization (conversion + SEO) - Google Business Profile optimization - Organic local rankings - Better visibility on Google These are NOT cold leads. All leads have already responded to our cold email campaigns and showed interest in getting more customers through their website. Your job is to: - Call these interested leads - Understand their pain points - Build trust and identify opportunities - Position our solution clearly - Handle objections confidently - Guide them toward becoming clients Important: This is consultative selling, not aggressive closing. We care about understanding the business first: - Where are they losing leads? - Why isn’t their website converting? - Why are competitors outranking them? - What is costing them money right now? Requirements: - Native German speaker (mandatory) - Strong communication and sales skills - Experience in phone sales / appointment closing - Comfortable speaking with business owners - Able to handle rejection and objections - Understand how to lead conversations naturally - Ideally some knowledge in SEO, websites, Google Business Profile, local marketing Lead volume: Currently around 1–3 warm leads per day Payment: Preferred: - Performance-based (commission on successful closes) - Open to discussing hybrid models (small base + commission) Ideal for someone who: - Wants flexible work - Is confident on the phone - Likes performance-based income - Can build long-term with us When applying, please answer: 1.
