German-speaking Social Media Manager to fully own our Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads + Content)

We are a specialized travel operator with German-speaking customers, looking for ONE reliable person to fully own our social media on Facebook and Instagram - from strategy to ads to content. You would be our single point of contact for social media, so we can keep coordination simple. This is a generalist role, not a narrow specialist one. With today's AI tools, we don't need a separate design studio or copywriter - we need someone who understands how social platforms and paid ads work, and who can produce solid content themselves with the help of AI. Must have: - German at native level - our audience and all ad copy are German (this is essential and non-negotiable) - Solid understanding of how social media works organically and how Meta Ads work technically: campaign structure, targeting, custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting, pixel/tracking, budget efficiency - Strategic thinking: content calendar, funnel logic, works to KPIs (CPC, cost per lead, conversions) - Comfortable running campaigns on a small monthly budget (around 200-300 EUR ad spend) - Basic content creation on your own using AI and standard tools: photo editing, simple graphics, short reels (Canva, CapCut, AI image/video, AI copy) - always fact-checked - Reliable, self-directed, clear communication Nice to have (not required): - Interest in travel/tourism (you can learn the specifics from our materials - no prior travel experience needed) - Basic Spanish Please share your portfolio and 1-2 real Meta Ads campaigns you ran, ideally with results (reach, CPC, leads).
