Get Facilities to Self-Onboard to Our Marketplace (Pay Per Completed Onboarding)

Summary: MyMedicalBank is a growing digital health marketplace in Nigeria that connects healthcare facilities — hospitals, clinics, labs, HMOs, pharmacies — directly with patients looking to book care. We're looking for a motivated freelancer to research and compile a list of health facilities across Nigeria, then reach out and invite them to register on our marketplace themselves. The value proposition you'll be pitching to facilities: Being listed on MyMedicalBank makes a facility more visible and accessible to patients actively searching for care. Patients can discover the facility, see its services, and book directly through the platform — meaning more patients and more bookings for the facility. Onboarding is completely free, so there's zero cost or risk to the facility in joining. This is an easy "yes" for most facilities once they understand it. Onboarding itself takes the facility only 5–10 minutes to complete on their own — your job is not to do it for them, but to find the right facilities, make first contact, explain the benefit clearly, and get them to follow through. You'll be responsible for: * Researching and compiling a list of health facilities (name, contact person, phone/email, location, category) * Reaching out via phone, email, or WhatsApp, or LinkedIn with a clear, persuasive invitation to register, explaining that it's free and helps them get more patients/bookings * Following up with facilities that haven't completed registration * Tracking outreach and completions in a shared sheet You will NOT be responsible for: * Entering facility data into the platform on their behalf * Managing the onboarding process itself (facilities do this themselves in 5–10 minutes) Success is measured by: the number of facilities that fully complete onboarding on their own, not the number contacted. Budget: $40 setup fee (for the compiled facility list) + $0.20 per completed onboarding, paid in batches of 100 completions, up to 2,000 facilities. Completion bonus of $40 if all 2,000 are reached. Experience level: Intermediate — prior cold outreach, sales, telemarketing, or partnerships experience preferred.
