# Global Promotional Product & POSM Sourcer ## About Promo Vista Promo Vista is an international trade marketing agency specializing in promotional products, branded merchandise and POSM solutions for leading FMCG brands across Europe. We help brands create impactful promotional items for retail, hospitality, events and brand activations. We're looking for an experienced Product Sourcer who understands the promotional products industry and knows how to source high-quality POSM and branded merchandise from suppliers in Europe and Asia. ## Your Responsibilities * Source promotional products and POSM from suppliers in Europe and Asia. * Find reliable manufacturers and negotiate the best prices. * Request quotations, samples and production lead times. * Compare suppliers based on quality, price and delivery. * Calculate product costs and landed costs. * Advise on the best sourcing solution for each project. * Work closely with our sales and creative teams. * Manage supplier communication from quotation through production. * Organize sourcing information in Monday.com, Microsoft 365 and Shopify. ## What We're Looking For We're specifically looking for someone with experience sourcing **promotional products and POSM for FMCG brands**. Examples include: * Ice Buckets * Bar Mats * Neon Signs * Retail Displays * Counter Displays * Shelf Talkers * Wobblers * Branded Merchandise * Cooler Boxes * Fridges * Glassware * Apparel * Corporate Gifts * Event Merchandise * Custom Packaging You should have experience with: * Product Sourcing * Supplier Management * Cost Calculations * Negotiation * International Shipping * Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, DAP) * Sea Freight & Air Freight * Promotional Products * POSM Excellent English communication skills are essential. Experience with Monday.com, Shopify and Microsoft Excel is a strong advantage. ## Recruitment Process Our recruitment process consists of: 1. Online interview. 2. Second interview. 3.
