Global Recruiters/Headhunters to Source Multilingual Interview Participants (Per-Project)

We are looking for experienced recruiters / headhunters to help us find interview participants (respondents) around the world, across a wide range of languages and regions. This is ongoing, per-project work — the more reliably you deliver qualified participants, the more projects we will send your way. ABOUT THE WORK We run linguistic validation and cognitive debriefing studies. For each project, we need native speakers of a target language to take part in short one-on-one interviews (typically conducted remotely) where they review and give feedback on translated materials such as health questionnaires and surveys. Participants are compensated for their time. Your job is to source, screen, and schedule these participants — not to conduct the interviews yourself. LANGUAGES & REGIONS We recruit for essentially every major world language and region, including but not limited to: Thai, Malay, Sotho, Zulu, Arabic (and regional variants), German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Hindi, Bengali, Swahili, Amharic, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Turkish, Polish, and many more. If you have strong reach into a particular country, region, or language community, we want to hear from you. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Source native-speaker participants who match specific study criteria (language, country, age, condition/background, etc.) - Screen candidates against eligibility requirements - Coordinate scheduling and confirm availability for interviews - Communicate clearly and keep us updated on progress IDEAL CANDIDATE - Proven recruiting, sourcing, or market-research fieldwork experience - Access to a network or channels for reaching participants in one or more languages/regions - Reliable, responsive communication in English - Comfortable working on a per-project basis with clear per-participant targets COMPENSATION - Paid on a per-project basis, with fees tied to the number of qualified participants you successfully recruit and deliver. - The listed budget is a starting reference per language/project batch; final rates are negotiable based on language rarity, region, and volume. Rare or hard-to-reach languages command higher fees. - Participant compensation is separate and covered by us.
