Global Strategy & Technology Advisor (Energy & Chemicals) Part-Time | Remote About Us We are a Singapore-headquartered energy company with extensive experience across the entire oil and gas value chain. Our core businesses include international oil trading, refining and processing, and the research, development, and production of petrochemical products. Position Overview Key Responsibilities 1. Global Strategy & Compliance Conduct in-depth research and analysis of legal, regulatory, and business environments in the United States and Europe. Provide strategic recommendations on market entry, investment risk assessment, and cross-cultural integration. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and policies throughout international expansion initiatives. 2. Technical & Industry Advisory Provide technical support for the development of new petrochemical products, including formulation design, process optimization, and performance evaluation. Recommend improvements to existing products and manufacturing processes. Analyze testing and operational data to identify and resolve technical challenges. Track industry developments, technical standards, and market trends, and provide recommendations for commercialization and industrial implementation. Qualifications Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in the energy, petrochemical, chemical engineering, or related industries. Experience in roles such as engineer, project manager, technical supervisor, technical specialist, or consulting advisor. Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: Chemical Engineering, Energy Technology, Materials Science, Petroleum Exploration Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Strong analytical, technical writing, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with experience in government agencies, regulatory authorities, research institutions, or leading international companies in the United States, Europe, or other major energy markets will be given preference.
