We are moving aggressively from people-dependent operations to AI-assisted, system-driven execution. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge in the hotel/hospitality industry, building AI agents, creating an operating system, and taking full ownership end-to-end. We are hiring one senior systems operator to function as: • OBM • Integrator • Systems architect • Revenue overseer • Accountability engine • Founder shield Building AI agents for multiple roles and building the operating system that we need to streamline each process.
