TLX Logistics is building a proprietary AI-powered sales automation platform to transform years of Gmail conversations into structured business intelligence. This is not a traditional CRM implementation. The objective is to build a custom automation platform using n8n (or similar) , Google Workspace, Google Gemini AI, and Gmail APIs that continuously reads historical and future Gmail conversations, extracts freight intelligence, automates follow-ups, and creates a searchable knowledge base. Retrieve the entire email thread, not just snippets. Extract structured business data. Feed that data into AI. Build a searchable database of prospects. Automate future follow-up campaigns. This project is the foundation for a much larger AI operating system for our freight brokerage.
