GoHighLevel Automation Build — Email Drips, SMS Trigger Fix & GC Pipeline Nurture

Summary

I run a custom metal fabrication and welding company in Phoenix, AZ. I use GoHighLevel as my CRM and need a skilled GHL specialist to build out three automation scopes. All work is in my existing GHL account — no setup from scratch. Scope of Work Gate Leads — Lifetime Email Drip Build a long-term email nurture sequence for residential gate leads who did not convert. Sequence should trigger when a gate lead hits a lost/no sale stage in the Residential pipeline. Send indefinitely on a spaced cadence (weeks 1–4 monthly, then quarterly forever). Emails should feel personal and low-pressure — seasonal check-ins, portfolio highlights, limited availability nudges, referral asks. Must be easy for me to edit email copy inside GHL. Include an unsubscribe trigger that removes them from the sequence. SMS Automation Fix — Contact Made Stage Trigger I have existing SMS automations for inbound leads. Need the following logic added: If a contact replies to any SMS, automatically move them to the "Contact Made" pipeline stage. If a call is connected (call status = connected), automatically move them to "Contact Made" stage. This should apply across my Residential pipeline and should not double-trigger or move someone backward if they're already past "Contact Made." GC Pipeline — Lifetime Email Drip Build a long-term stay-on-radar email sequence for General Contractor contacts. These are warm relationship contacts, not cold leads. Trigger when a GC contact is added to the GC pipeline or on a manual enrollment option. Send on a slow professional cadence — roughly monthly, indefinitely. Emails should be brief value-add touches: industry observations, project highlights, availability windows, referral asks. Should feel like it's coming from a real person, not a marketing blast. Include a stop trigger if they respond or if I manually mark them active. What I Need From You All three automations fully built and tested in my GHL account. A brief Loom walkthrough of each automation after it's live. Clean workflow naming so I can find and edit things easily. Ideal Candidate Proven GHL experience — please share examples or a portfolio. Understands pipeline stage triggers, SMS reply triggers, and call status webhooks in GHL. Can write decent placeholder email copy or work from copy I provide. Communicates clearly and doesn't disappear mid-project. Budget: Fixed price preferred. Please quote per scope or as a bundle.
