We are building a scalable, premium AI automation agency and are looking for a highly capable operator to help run and grow the business. This is NOT a simple VA role. We are looking for someone who understands GoHighLevel, systems, client onboarding, automation, and operations management. Long term opportunity with growth potential. --- Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, detail oriented GoHighLevel Agency Operations Manager to help run the day to day operations of our AI automation agency. You will help manage: - GoHighLevel subaccounts - Client onboarding - CRM setup - Workflow automations - AI employee setup - Appointment booking systems - Pipelines and automations - SMS and email workflows - Funnel and website setup - SaaS mode support - Calendar integrations - Reputation management - Reporting and client communication - SOP documentation - Internal systems organization You will also help improve efficiency and create repeatable systems as we scale. --- Responsibilities GoHighLevel Management - Build and manage GoHighLevel client accounts - Set up automations and workflows - Create pipelines and opportunity stages - Configure calendars and booking systems - Set up forms, surveys, triggers, and campaigns - Manage SaaS snapshots and templates - Troubleshoot GoHighLevel issues AI Automation - Help implement AI voice and chat systems - Configure AI appointment booking - Missed call text back systems - Lead qualification automation - AI follow up systems Client Operations - Assist with onboarding new clients - Manage client requests - Provide implementation support - Maintain organized project tracking - Help ensure projects move efficiently Systems & Documentation - Create SOPs - Document processes - Improve operational efficiency - Recommend better systems and automations --- Required Experience You MUST have experience with: - GoHighLevel (VERY IMPORTANT) - CRM automation - Workflow building - Funnels and landing pages - Calendars and appointment systems - SMS/email automations - Lead nurturing systems - Zapier, Make, or API integrations - Project management tools - Strong English communication --- HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: - Prolific SaaS - White labeled GoHighLevel agencies - AI voice agents - AI chatbots - SaaS mode in GoHighLevel - Sales pipelines - Local business lead generation - Real estate or home service businesses - Appointment based businesses --- Ideal Candidate You are: - Extremely organized - Proactive and solution oriented - Detail oriented - Fast learner - Excellent communicator - Reliable - Tech savvy - Able to figure things out independently - Interested in growing long term with a company We are building something BIG and want someone who wants to grow with us. --- Compensation Please include: - Your hourly rate - Your preferred weekly hours - Your GoHighLevel experience level - Examples of accounts or automations you have built - Screenshots or Loom videos if available We may begin with part time and grow into full time.
