GoHighLevel Automation Manager

Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented GHL specialist to take ownership of our automation infrastructure. This is an ongoing role managing and improving our existing systems — not a build-from-scratch project. What You'll Be Doing GHL Automations — Maintain, troubleshoot and optimise existing workflows across WhatsApp and email. Build new automations as the business grows. WhatsApp Automations — Manage message sequences, response triggers, and lead follow-up flows via GHL's WhatsApp integration. Email Automations — Oversee email sequences, nurture campaigns, and ensure deliverability and correct triggering. Funnel Management — Monitor and update our sales funnels inside GHL; fix broken steps, update copy/offers as needed, ensure forms and pipelines are working correctly. Pixel & Tracking — Ensure Meta (Facebook) pixels are firing correctly across funnel pages; troubleshoot tracking issues and verify events in Events Manager. Ad Liaison — Work directly with our media buyer/ad manager to align funnel performance with campaign targeting, ensure landing pages match ad creative, and flag issues that affect conversion. You're a Great Fit If You: Have hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel (GHL) — you know your way around workflows, pipelines, funnels, and snapshots Have set up or managed WhatsApp and email automations in GHL before Understand Meta pixel setup and event tracking (ideally with GTM or manual implementation) Are comfortable communicating with an ads team and understand the basics of a paid traffic funnel Are proactive — you spot issues before we do and come with solutions, not just problems Communicate clearly and respond promptly Nice to Have Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad funnels Familiarity with CRM pipeline management Basic understanding of lead generation and conversion optimisation How to Apply Please include in your application: A brief description of a GHL automation you've built or managed Your experience with WhatsApp automations specifically Any examples of pixel/tracking work you've done Applications without relevant GHL experience will not be considered.
