Overview We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to design, build, and implement a complete CRM, sales, and automation system for a growing service-based business. This is not a simple CRM setup. We are looking for someone with advanced GoHighLevel expertise who can take ownership of the entire implementation, provide recommendations, and build a scalable system that will serve as the company's central sales and operations hub. Scope of Work CRM Architecture & Setup Configure GoHighLevel account structure Create and optimize sales pipelines Set up custom fields, tags, and contact segmentation Configure user roles and permissions Lead Management Design lead intake workflows Build automated lead assignment processes Create lead nurturing systems Implement follow-up sequences and notifications Integrations We need experience integrating GoHighLevel with: QuickBooks OpenPhone Zapier Make.com Website forms Facebook Lead Ads Landing pages Data Migration Import existing contacts and leads Clean and organize data Remove duplicate records Create tagging structure Reporting & Dashboards Build KPI dashboards and reporting systems to track: Lead volume Conversion rates Sales performance Revenue Appointment metrics Pipeline performance Workflow Optimization The goal is to create a centralized operating system where: Every lead enters automatically Every interaction is tracked Every opportunity is managed through pipelines Automations reduce manual work Management has visibility through dashboards and reporting Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is an expert-level GoHighLevel consultant Has completed multiple full-scale GHL implementations Has advanced automation experience Has experience with QuickBooks integrations Has experience with OpenPhone integrations Understands sales pipelines and CRM best practices Can recommend improvements and best practices Communicates clearly and proactively When Applying, Please Include; Examples of GoHighLevel projects you have completed. Details of any QuickBooks integrations you've built. Details of any OpenPhone integrations you've built. Your estimated timeline for implementation. Your fixed-price proposal or hourly rate. Why you believe you would be a good fit for this project. ### Automation & Funnel Development We are not only looking for someone who can build automations—we want someone who understands how to build systems that help convert leads into paying customers. Experience creating and optimizing: * Lead nurturing campaigns * Sales funnels * Appointment booking funnels * Estimate/proposal follow-up sequences * Re-engagement campaigns * Conversion-focused SMS and email automations * Missed lead recovery campaigns The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building funnels and automations that generate measurable results, such as: * Increased lead conversion rates * Higher appointment show rates * Increased close rates * Reduced lead response times * Improved sales pipeline performance **Please provide examples, case studies, screenshots, Loom videos, or other proof of results from previous GoHighLevel projects.** We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how their funnels and automations have directly contributed to generating revenue and closing deals, rather than simply setting up workflows.
