GoHighLevel CRM, Automation & Funnel Expert Needed

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel specialist to help us build and optimize our CRM, sales funnels, automation workflows, and marketing infrastructure. You will take ownership of our GoHighLevel sub-account from setup through ongoing optimization — connecting the dots between lead capture, nurturing, pipeline management, and conversion. This is a hands-on execution role. We need someone who can move fast, communicate clearly, and deliver production-ready systems — not just templates. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON - Build and configure CRM pipelines, stages, and contact management workflows - Design and launch high-converting landing pages and sales funnels - Set up email and SMS automation sequences for lead nurture and follow-up - Configure Twilio A2P messaging, speed-to-lead workflows, and missed-call text-back - Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (n8n, Zapier, or direct API) - Build course delivery systems, membership areas, or onboarding automations (if applicable) - Create scalable landing page templates for multi-location or campaign use - Set up reporting dashboards and ensure proper tracking across funnels WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) as a specialist, not just a user - Strong grasp of CRM automation, pipeline design, and lead management - Experience with email and SMS campaigns including list segmentation and A/B testing - Familiarity with Twilio setup, A2P 10DLC registration, and bulk messaging compliance - Ability to build funnels and landing pages that convert — not just look good - Experience with n8n, Zapier, or webhook-based integrations is a strong plus - Real estate, home services, or SaaS vertical experience preferred but not required - Clear communicator who shares progress, flags issues early, and meets deadlines NICE TO HAVE - Experience building GHL sub-accounts for agencies (white-label setup) - Snapshot creation or SaaS-mode configuration experience - AI-assisted workflow design or prompt-based automation experience - Portfolio showing live funnels, automations, or CRM builds TO APPLY, PLEASE SHARE - A brief overview of your GoHighLevel experience and the types of clients you've worked with - 2–3 examples of GHL projects you've completed (screenshots or Loom walkthroughs preferred) - Your availability and preferred rate
