GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Setup for Meta Ads + WhatsApp Lead Management

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to help us build a lead management and automation system for generating leads through Meta Ads. Current Setup * Meta Ads driving traffic to: * WhatsApp * Meta Lead Forms * Sales conversations happen primarily on WhatsApp * Leads are currently managed manually * No structured follow-up process * No centralised CRM visibility * No automation or attribution reporting ### What We Need We want a complete Phase 1 CRM and automation setup that captures, organises, tracks, and nurtures every lead from first contact through to sale. ### Scope of Work 1. Lead Capture & Tracking * Integrate Meta Lead Forms into GHL * Integrate WhatsApp with GHL * Ensure all leads are automatically created in CRM * Prevent duplicate contacts * Track lead source and campaign where possible 2. Pipeline Setup Build and configure a sales pipeline with stages such as: * New Lead * Engaged * Quote Sent * Showroom Visit Booked * Visited * Closed Won * Closed Lost 3. Automation Workflows Create automation for: * New lead notifications * Automated WhatsApp/SMS/email follow-ups * Missed lead recovery * No-response follow-ups * Appointment/showroom reminders * Internal task creation and notifications 4. WhatsApp Automation * Automated first-response messages * Lead qualification questions * Routing/tagging based on responses * Conversation ownership assignment 5. Reporting & Visibility * Dashboard showing lead flow through pipeline * Lead source tracking * Basic conversion reporting * Sales team visibility on lead status Deliverables * Fully configured GHL account * All integrations completed and tested * Pipelines built * Automations built and documented * SOP / walkthrough explaining the setup Requirements * Strong experience with GoHighLevel * Experience integrating Meta Ads and WhatsApp * Proven CRM automation projects * Ability to recommend best practices rather than simply follow instructions ### To Apply Please include: 1.
