Project Overview My client is a flooring installation company in the Upper Midwest seeking an experienced GoHighLevel developer to build a mobile-first operations and scheduling system. This is not a typical CRM project. The primary objective is to solve scheduling, communication, job tracking, and follow-up challenges between the owner, crews, and customers. Today, scheduling, crew assignments, customer communication, work orders, estimates, and invoicing are managed manually through phone calls, text messages, notes, and calendars.
