Seeking a GoHighLevel expert to take over an existing GoHighLevel (GHL) account with workflows, automations, and pipelines built by a previous team that is no longer working with me. NO AGENCY! All the foundation is ready but it is not yet integrated with my website. I need a freelancer to take over, verify everything works, and fix anything that doesn't. This is not a build-from-scratch project. The core automations already exist — this is an audit, fix, and integration job. Scope of Work Phase 1 — Paid Audit (1-2 hours, billed separately/upfront) Audit the current workflows, triggers and automation against the design. Identify any duplicate, orphaned, or conflicting workflows Check for dead-end branches where leads could fall through without follow-up Confirm pipeline stages match active automation logic Flag any broken/unused integrations, webhooks, or API connections Deliver a written summary of findings before any fixed-price work begins Phase 2 — Integration Depending on the audit, you will fix and integrate the system to my website. My website is built on Webflow Lead capture form is GHL's native embedded form (already on the site) Verify the form is correctly pushing leads into the right pipeline stage Confirm tagging/triggers fire correctly on submission Fix any issues found in Phase 1 audit or during testing Confirm leads move through the pipeline as intended with no manual intervention required Deliverables Written audit report (Phase 1) Fully functional, tested lead-to-pipeline flow from Webflow form to GHL Documentation of any changes made, in plain language Access to relevant Webflow form/page Availability for questions during the engagement Budget Audit: hourly, ~1-2 hours Fix/integration work: to be quoted after audit findings, expect fixed-price proposal based on scope Communication Expectations Clear, proactive updates throughout — flag blockers early rather than going quiet.
