GoHighLevel Content Manager (AI & Evergreen Systems)

Help build a content machine that keeps working while I sleep. My dream isn't to become famous on social media. My dream is to build a library of helpful content that quietly reaches exhausted people every day, whether I'm at home, on a plane, or running a workshop. Hi, I'm Tim Thomas, founder of Breathwork in Bed. I'm looking for an organised, systems-minded person who enjoys creating order from lots of existing content. This is not a typical social media VA role. I already have: • 100+ YouTube videos • Hundreds of social media posts • Books • Workshop recordings • Podcasts • Speaking presentations • PDFs • Email content • Testimonials • Photos • A GoHighLevel CRM Your job is to help build an evergreen content system inside GoHighLevel so my best content continues helping people every day. The goal is to organise, repurpose, upload, schedule and document everything so it becomes a repeatable system. You'll be responsible for: • Organising content libraries • Working inside GoHighLevel • Using the Social Planner • Creating recurring content queues • Uploading content • Repurposing existing content • Creating simple graphics where required • Working alongside AI • Creating Standard Operating Procedures • Maintaining an organised Google Drive • Suggesting better systems where appropriate I am not looking for someone to create my brand. I already have the stories, videos and ideas. I'm looking for someone who loves building organised systems. Experience with GoHighLevel is highly desirable. Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is a bonus. Strong written English is essential.
