GoHighLevel AI Chat / Search Widget Support We are looking for someone experienced with GoHighLevel, Conversation AI, and website chat widgets to help improve an AI assistant we have already started building. We already have some basic setup done and knowledge bases started. We need help cleaning it up, improving the setup, and making it more useful for website visitors. Project Goal We want the chat/search experience to help visitors quickly find the right information on our WordPress website and Shopify store. Will provide the 2 website links What We Need Help With Review our current GoHighLevel setup Review and improve the existing knowledge bases Improve the chatbot prompts and responses Help the widget answer common visitor questions Add helpful links to product categories, services, vendors, locations, and contact pages Make sure the bot knows when to collect lead/contact information Set up or improve basic lead routing inside GHL Suggest simple ways to make the chat widget more useful Help create a search-bar style experience on the website, not just a bottom-right chat widget Recommend the best way to use both an AI search-style input and the standard floating chat widget Desired User Experience Ideally, the website would have two options: Search-Bar Style AI Assistant A search-style input on the website that says something like: “Search products, coatings, vendors, or ask a question…” Bottom-Right Chat Widget A standard floating chat widget for users who want quick help. The goal is to make the experience feel more like a smart website search assistant, not just a basic chatbot. Example Questions Visitors May Ask “I need industrial wood coatings” “Where can I buy EnviroLac?” “Do you have a store near me?” “I need help with concrete coatings” “Can I talk to a sales rep?” “Where can I shop products online?” “I need something for kitchen cabinets” Important Note We are not trying to build a huge custom platform or fully replace Shopify product search. We mainly want help improving our current GHL AI/chat setup and making it feel like a better search and navigation tool for visitors.
