GoHighLevel Developer for Custom Integrations, API Work, and Dashboards

We're a Long Island digital marketing agency that runs everything through GoHighLevel. We're looking for a developer who can extend GHL beyond what it does out of the box. This is custom integration and dev work, not basic workflow admin. About Us Design ME Marketing has been serving 200+ businesses since 2012. GHL is our operating system. We've already built out the standard stuff inside the platform. What we need now is someone who can connect GHL to tools that don't have native integrations, build custom dashboards on top of GHL data, and engineer workflows that go beyond drag-and-drop. What We Need Help With Custom API integrations between GHL and third-party tools that don't have native connectors. Pulling data in, pushing data out, and keeping things in sync. Regular and Custom dashboards built on top of GHL data. Pulling from the GHL API to display reporting, metrics, client-facing views, and internal team views that GHL's native dashboards can't handle. Webhook engineering. Custom endpoints (if needed) Advanced workflow logic that requires external processing. Anything where GHL's native workflow builder hits a ceiling and we need a real script or service to do the heavy lifting. Custom field manipulation, data transformation, and bulk operations across sub-accounts. Who You Are You EXCEL at all native GHL elements, specifically in the dashboard. You will be told what elements need to be on the dashboard for reporting purposes, but will also want to lean on someone's expertise as well. You've worked with the GHL API directly, not just the workflow builder. You can read API docs, write clean code, and build integrations that don't break the second something changes upstream. You're comfortable with at least one of: Node.js, Python, PHP. You know your way around webhooks, OAuth, and REST APIs. You can spin up a custom dashboard from scratch and deploy it somewhere stable. Bonus points if you've worked with GHL's SaaS mode, built snapshots that include API integrations, or have experience syncing GHL with platforms like Airtable, Supabase, custom databases, or proprietary CRMs. Project Details This starts as project-based work with a strong shot at an ongoing retainer. We have a real backlog of integrations and custom builds queued up, and once we find someone solid we want to keep them busy.
