GoHighLevel Engineer

Looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) engineer to migrate an entire 3rd party branded GoHighLevel account into our own GHL account. Snapshots aren't available so duplication will be necessary to achieve same functionality. We need someone who understands the GHL platform inside and out and can recreate or migrate everything while ensuring all automations, integrations, branding, and functionality work exactly as intended. This is the first phase of what we expect to become a long-term relationship managing and expanding our GoHighLevel ecosystem. Project Overview We have access to an existing branded GoHighLevel account that contains proven assets, including funnels, websites, automations, CRM pipelines, emails, forms, surveys, calendars, and workflows. Your job is to migrate everything into our GoHighLevel account while preserving functionality, branding, and user experience. What Needs to Be Migrated * Websites * Sales funnels *Social Media Ad Creatives * Landing pages * Forms * Surveys * Calendars * Pipelines * Opportunities * Tags * Custom fields * Smart Lists * Workflows * Automations * Email templates * SMS templates * Trigger links * Trigger workflows * Custom values * Reputation management settings * Conversation AI configuration (if applicable) * Social planner assets (if possible) * Memberships/Courses (if applicable) * Blogs (if applicable) * Media library assets * Branding * Domains (where appropriate) * Navigation * Menus * CSS or custom code * Integrations * API connections * Webhooks * Third-party connections Additional Responsibilities * Ensure all workflows function correctly after migration * Update broken references, IDs, and links * Reconnect integrations where necessary * Test every automation * Verify forms submit correctly * Verify emails and SMS send properly * Verify calendars function correctly * Verify pipelines and opportunity stages * QA the entire system before handoff Required Experience Please apply only if you have extensive GoHighLevel experience. Your proposal should include: * Years working with GoHighLevel * Number of GHL accounts you've built or migrated * Experience migrating snapshots * Experience rebuilding assets that cannot be migrated directly * Experience troubleshooting workflows * Experience with custom values * Experience with APIs and webhooks * Experience with Twilio, Mailgun, LC Phone, and other GHL integrations * Experience with Conversation AI * Experience with SaaS Mode (bonus) ## Deliverables By the end of the project: * Our GoHighLevel account should mirror the source account as closely as technically possible. * All funnels, websites, pages, automations, emails, workflows, branding, and assets should be migrated and fully functional. * Any items that cannot be copied directly should be recreated manually. * All workflows should be thoroughly tested. * All integrations should be reconnected and documented. * A QA checklist should be completed before project handoff.
