GoHighLevel Expert to Build Acquisition CRM — Full Build (Detailed Spec Provided) About SillettiX SillettiX is a start up company that buys, operates, and grows profitable, service-based businesses (cleaning, restoration, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, property management, and similar) in New Jersey and nearby markets. We focus on off-market deals and creative, seller-financed structures. We're building an in-house acquisition team and need a rock-solid system so our reps can source owners, run our proven scripts, qualify sellers, and hand us closeable deals. The Project We have a complete, written acquisition playbook — our deal box, full seller-call scripts, a 22-stage pipeline, qualification scoring, document-request sequences, and KPI targets. We want a all-in-one GoHighLevel system . What you're building: A complete GoHighLevel acquisition CRM where any rep we hire can upload/source leads → call, text and email owners using our scripts → qualify and score sellers → book discovery calls onto our calendar → move deals through every stage from first contact to closing — with automated follow-up, reminders, NDAs, dashboards, and role-based permissions. We will give you a detailed Build Plan / Scope of Work that specifies every pipeline stage, custom field, workflow, form, and permission. Your job is to build it cleanly, test it end-to-end, migrate our data, and train us on it. Scope of Work (Summary) Full detail is in the Build Plan we'll share with shortlisted candidates. At a high level you will: Set up and white-label a dedicated GoHighLevel sub-account (Agency Unlimited plan). Build our 22-stage acquisition pipeline plus a separate long-term nurture pipeline. Create ~50 organized custom fields covering business info, financials, seller motivation, deal risk, and scoring. Provision a dedicated phone number, complete A2P 10DLC registration, and configure calling, SMS, voicemail drops, call recording, and a power dialer. Connect Google Workspace email + a unified conversations inbox with proper domain authentication. Embed our call scripts, objection handling, and outreach templates as snippets so reps follow the flow. Build an automated 1–5 seller-qualification score that auto-calculates a total and priority tier. Build ~11 workflows: lead intake, speed-to-lead, no-answer follow-up sequences, stage-based task automation, NDA send/chase, financials request, discovery-call booking + Seller Brief auto-generation, stale-deal alerts, and nurture drips. Build calendars/booking onto our calendar, lead-intake and scorecard forms, an auto-generated Seller Brief, and an NDA e-signature template. Lock LOI/purchase-agreement templates to admins only and configure restricted rep permissions. Build a weekly KPI dashboard and per-rep reporting. Wire in GoHighLevel AI for after-hours reply/booking and lead reactivation. Deliver Loom training videos (admin + rep), a written SOP, and post-launch support. Required Experience Demonstrated GoHighLevel build experience — you've built multi-stage pipelines, complex workflows, custom fields, forms, calendars, and dashboards before. Portfolio or screenshots required. Phone/SMS setup including A2P 10DLC registration — you've done this and know the pitfalls and timelines. Workflow automation depth — comfortable with if/then logic, math operations (for our scoring), stage triggers, and conditional follow-up sequences. Documents & Contracts / e-signature setup with field merge (for our NDA and Seller Brief). Data migration — you've moved CRMs (HubSpot a plus) into GHL with field mapping and pipeline mapping intact. Roles & permissions — you can lock specific templates/actions to admins and restrict rep access correctly. Clear communicator — we're non-technical on the platform side; you can explain decisions plainly and train us. Deliverables A fully configured, tested, branded GoHighLevel system that passes a single-lead end-to-end demo (lead imported → worked with our scripts → qualified and scored → booked to our calendar with auto-notification and Seller Brief → NDA signed → financials requested → advanced to close), plus migrated data, training videos, a written SOP, and 30 days of support.
