GoHighLevel Expert — Build & Automate Client Sub-Accounts (Ongoing, Per-Build Pay)

Who we are We're Agent Core AI, an AI & automation agency. We sell done-for-you "AI front office" systems to local and online businesses, and we need a reliable GoHighLevel specialist to handle the build-outs so our clients go live ready to operate. What you'll do For each client we bring you, you'll stand up a complete, fully-automated GoHighLevel sub-account from our spec — turnkey, tested, and ready for the business owner to run on day one. This is repeatable work: do it well and there's a steady stream of builds. Each build typically includes: Sub-account / snapshot setup and configuration Pipelines + opportunity stages Calendars with automated booking + confirmations/reminders Core automations: missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead, appointment reminders, automated review requests, database reactivation Conversations / unified inbox + AI receptionist setup Forms, surveys, and a simple funnel/landing page as needed Email & SMS templates Twilio / Mailgun connection + A2P 10DLC registration & compliance Integrations as required (Stripe, Zapier/Make, webhooks) QA/testing of every automation, plus a short Loom walkthrough at handoff You're a fit if you: Have built multiple GHL sub-accounts start to finish (please show examples) Know workflows, triggers, A2P registration, and Twilio/Mailgun setup cold Are detail-oriented and ship clean, tested builds — no half-finished automations Communicate clearly and hit deadlines Can work from a written spec without hand-holding Nice to have: snapshot creation, white-label experience, AI/voice or chatbot integrations, agency-side GHL experience. Pay & structure Fixed price per completed build, $500–$1,000 depending on complexity (most land at the top of that range). This is ongoing — we want one dependable person for our build pipeline, not a one-off. Faster, cleaner builds = more volume = more income.
