Summary

We run a DTC telehealth brand (men's health, provider-reviewed) and need a GHL specialist to build out our email and SMS automations. This is a build job. The copy, timing, triggers, and compliance rules are already written in a 12-page handoff doc. Your job is to take that doc and build it cleanly inside GoHighLevel. What you're building: 5 workflows, 30+ email and SMS touchpoints Funnel drop-off, checkout abandonment, approved-but-no-order, post-purchase onboarding, and cancel/payment-failed save flows Entry triggers, exit conditions, suppression logic, tags, and custom fields If/else checks before every send (has ordered, unsubscribed, SMS consent, no active support escalation) Internal alerts when support or side-effect keywords show up You're a fit if: You've built real multi-step email + SMS automations in GHL, not just landing pages You know GHL triggers, custom fields, and SMS setup including A2P/10DLC You understand CAN-SPAM and TCPA basics: STOP language, quiet hours, consent, suppression. Regulated or healthcare DTC experience is a plus. You read specs carefully and build to match Deliverables: All 5 workflows built in draft mode, ready for our review Tags and custom fields set up Each workflow tested with one internal contact A short walkthrough of what you built To apply: Start your proposal with "RISE" so I know you read this Send a 2-3 minute Loom screen-sharing one GHL automation you've built. Show the actual workflow, not a portfolio site. Give me your availability this week and a fixed price for the build Likely ongoing work. We operate several brands and will keep needing GHL builds and upkeep.
