GoHighLevel Expert- Build a Lead System That Actually Converts (Funnels + SMS + AI Bots, Automotive)

About the role: We run done-for-you Facebook lead-generation campaigns for car dealerships — funnels that capture and qualify leads and book showroom appointments, backed by SMS automation and AI bots in GoHighLevel. We have a system in place, but it’s not performing — qualified, opted-in leads are confirming interest and still not showing up at the dealership. We’re treating it as broken and we’re ready to rebuild it the right way. We need a true expert to build funnels that convert, automation that fires flawlessly, and AI bots that actually book — from the ground up if that’s what it takes. This is ongoing, recurring work across multiple dealership accounts — not a one-off. The right person becomes our long-term partner for the entire lead system. What you’ll build and own: * High-converting funnels — built from scratch or rebuilt: qualification, offer reveal, lead capture, and booking, engineered to actually drive appointments * SMS automation that fires flawlessly — nurture, no-show, and no-booker recovery sequences, no double-fires or messaging errors * AI booking/qualification bots built and deployed effectively — conversational, seamless, and built to convert * Diagnose why our current leads aren’t converting to showroom visits — and fix the leak at the root * Inbound webhook → lead-capture workflows * Booking calendars (with URL-parameter prefill) and confirmation/reminder flows * A2P/10DLC registration and SMS deliverability Everything runs inside our HighLevel account and our Facebook Business Manager. You’re the right person if you: * Build funnels that convert — not pretty pages, but funnels engineered around getting leads to show up. You have examples and numbers to prove it. * Diagnose and rebuild independently. You can look at an underperforming system, find what’s failing, and rebuild it yourself — without hand-holding. You take the wheel. * Build AI bots that work — GHL conversational bots that book and qualify effectively and feel seamless, not robotic. * Build automation that’s bulletproof and QA every flow before it touches a live lead. * Think in outcomes. For us, getting leads to physically show up at the dealership is the only metric that matters. You have strong opinions on funnel design, speed-to-lead, message timing, and bot conversation flow.
