GoHighLevel Expert — Build Reusable AI Front Desk Snapshot

I run an agency (TrueWire) that sets up AI front-desk automation for local home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and pest control. I need an experienced GoHighLevel builder to construct ONE clean, reusable Snapshot I can clone into every new client sub-account. This is a build-once project. I install it on every future client myself, so it must be well-organized, clearly labeled, and documented enough that a non-developer can clone and configure it per client. WHAT TO BUILD (in a Snapshot): 1. Missed-call text-back: an unanswered inbound call triggers an auto-SMS within seconds. 2. AI booking conversation (Conversation AI): an inbound text is handled by the AI, which answers questions, qualifies, and books straight onto the calendar, escalating to the owner when it cannot resolve. This must feel natural, not robotic. 3. Speed-to-lead follow-up: a new lead (form or call) gets a timed SMS plus email sequence until they book or opt out. 4. Past-customer reactivation: a bulk SMS/email campaign template for an imported customer list. 5. Review request automation: an appointment marked complete triggers an auto-SMS with the Google review link. 6. Calendar setup plus owner-handoff notifications plus business-hours awareness. 7. A one-page landing funnel for my domain (truewire.ai). I provide logo, colors, and copy. ALSO: - Connect my domain (truewire.ai, on Porkbun) to the funnel via DNS. - Walk me through A2P 10DLC registration inside GHL (I submit it with my EIN). - A short Loom video showing how to clone and configure the Snapshot for a new client. HOW I WILL WORK: Fixed price, milestone-based. Milestone 1 core workflows, milestone 2 landing page plus domain, milestone 3 documentation plus clone walkthrough. I release each milestone after reviewing the work. Please propose your price and rough timeline.
