I run a white-labelled GoHighLevel sub-account for a client — a nursery launching a new branch with an open day. The landing page is live and capturing leads, ~800 contacts are imported from their previous customers, the pipeline and custom fields are set up, and all the copy is already written. I need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to build, connect, and switch on the full automation suite — including a Conversation AI agent. This is execution against a clear, documented brief, not design from scratch. Every email, every SMS, and every workflow's logic is already written and waiting in a single document. Your job is to build it correctly in GHL, test it, and hand it over working. What's already done (so you're not starting cold) Landing page live, with the registration form posting to a GHL inbound webhook ~800 contacts imported and tagged (existing customers / previous customers) Pipeline created with stages (new RSVPs land in the first stage) Custom fields created (incl. a multi-select "priorities" field) UK SMS number verified and A2P approved. All email + SMS copy written, paste-ready, in one document A full webhook/pipeline runbook documenting field mappings What I need you to build 1. Custom values + config Set the campaign custom values once so they drop into every workflow: open day date, time, address, landing-page URL, short SMS link, and a calendar (.ics / Google Calendar) link. No more than 3 SMS per contact per 7 days, reminders exempt 2. SMS announcement (bulk send) One workflow that bulk-sends a single announcement SMS to the existing-customer and previous-customer tags. Include guidance on topping up the LC Phone credit, plus a rough cost estimate for the full send. 3. Form-fill nurture sequence Triggered when a contact registers via the landing-page webhook: 3 emails + 3 SMS over ~7 days (welcome → curriculum/ethos → social proof; plus confirmation, save-the-date with calendar link, and a Q&A nudge). Copy provided. 4. Previous-customer + existing-customer workflows Two separate bulk-send nurture workflows (2 emails + 2 SMS each over ~9 days). Each needs an IF/ELSE branch at entry on a custom field (some contacts have a child's first name populated, some don't — route to the matching copy version; GHL has no merge-tag fallback syntax, so this split is required). Copy + branching logic provided. 5. Pre-event reminders A reminders workflow triggered on pipeline stage ("Open Day Booked"): T-7, T-2, and morning-of touches across email + SMS. Copy provided / lightly templated. 6. Conversation AI agent (important — please confirm experience) Build a lean but reliable GHL Conversation AI agent that handles inbound replies to the SMS/email campaigns. Specifically: Knowledge base: I'll provide the content — nursery website info, an FAQ, a curriculum snapshot, and the open-day specifics (date, time, address, Islamic ethos points, fees, hours, age range, parking). Job 1 — Answer FAQs accurately from the knowledge base (curriculum, Islamic ethos, ages, fees, hours, location/parking). Job 2 — Book the open day: when a parent shows intent, confirm details, book/secure their open-day slot, and tag the opportunity + move it to the booked stage in the pipeline. Job 3 — Handle referrals: if a parent wants to refer someone, send the registration link and/or capture the referred family's details for human follow-up, and tag the referrer. Job 4 — Route to a human (Nazy): hand off cleanly on complaints, anything sentimental, fee negotiations, or anything outside the FAQ scope. Test it: demonstrate the agent handling 5–10 realistic sample conversations correctly (answering, booking, and handing off) before sign-off. 7. Post-event follow-up A workflow with attended / no-show branches (thank-you + enrolment next steps for attendees; "sorry we missed you, want a private tour?" for no-shows), triggered by a manual tag on the day. What I'll provide Full email + SMS copy document (everything written, UK English — please don't rewrite it). Just need you to design the email template and paste in the copy I have written for you as well as the images. Pipeline + custom-field specification and the webhook Knowledge-base content for the AI agent Scoped access to the GHL sub-account Quick answers to any questions (I'd rather you ask than guess). I know GoHighLevel well and looking for a developer to partner up with as I focus more sales. You must have: Demonstrable GoHighLevel experience building multi-step workflows, IF/ELSE branching, and bulk SMS/email sends — please link 1–2 examples Hands-on GHL Conversation AI experience — please describe one agent you've built and what it could do Strong written English (you'll be QA-ing UK-English customer-facing copy, not writing it) Availability to start now and finish within ~5 days Deliverables / definition of done All workflows above built, connected, and tested with a dummy contact that flows through the full sequence The AI agent answering, booking, and handing off correctly across 5–10 test conversations A short (~10 min) Loom walkthrough of everything you built and how to operate it Nothing set live to real contacts without my go-ahead (I press send on the 800-contact blast myself after final QA) Timeline Start immediately; full build tested and handed over within ~5 days.
