These owners are great at their trade but terrible at answering the phone after 5pm or on weekends, and every missed call is a job that walks down the street to a competitor. We've lived this pain ourselves and we're building the fix. We run everything in GoHighLevel. We're looking for someone who can help us build a clean, repeatable system we can deploy to one client after another. What we're building An AI voice agent that answers a business's calls 24/7, sounds natural, captures the caller's details, books the appointment, and instantly alerts the owner — all wired into GoHighLevel so we manage it from one place. Think of it as a leak-stopper: these businesses are already getting the calls, they're just losing them after hours. We want to capture what's already happening. Scope of work Set up an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls, holds a natural conversation, and collects caller name, number, address, and the reason for the call. Have the agent book appointments directly into the GHL calendar, and gracefully take a message + create a contact when it can't. Build automated text workflows: instant confirmation text to the caller, real-time alert text/notification to the owner, and follow-up sequences for no-answers and missed calls. Wire it all into GoHighLevel (contacts, pipelines, calendars, conversations) so everything lives in one dashboard. Package it as a reusable GHL snapshot/template we can clone and launch for a new client quickly. Document the setup and record a short Loom so our team can deploy and tweak it without you for routine work. Tech / how we want it built It must be manageable inside GoHighLevel — that's where we run our business and where our clients' data needs to live. For the voice layer, we're open to your recommendation on the best stack as long as it integrates cleanly with GHL (we know people use Vapi, Bland, Retell, Synthflow, etc.). Tell us what you'd use and why. Zapier (or Make) is fine as connective tissue if you recommend it to bridge a gap — just explain the tradeoff. Bonus: experience with a website widget for click-to-call / click-to-text, since that's a natural add-on for our clients. The ideal person Has actually shipped AI voice agents that book appointments — not just read about it. Knows GoHighLevel deeply — snapshots, workflows, calendars, triggers, custom values. Communicates clearly, works in plain English, and can explain tradeoffs to a non-developer. Wants an ongoing relationship — we plan to roll this out to many local businesses, so the first build is the start, not the end. How this will go Short paid test project: build the core voice-agent-to-calendar flow for one demo account. If it goes well, we move into the full build and then an ongoing retainer to deploy and maintain across new clients.
