GoHighLevel Expert — Debug & Optimize Existing AI Outbound Caller (Retell + Make.com)

We've already built an AI outbound calling system in GoHighLevel from a template — GHL workflows → Retell AI caller → Make.com SMS follow-ups — but it's full of bugs and converting poorly (around 5%). We need an experienced GHL automation expert to get in, find the problems, fix them, and make it reliable. What's going wrong right now (what you'll fix): Leads aren't being called again — the multi-call cadence isn't firing (no proper retry on no-answer, and leads aren't progressing through the day-by-day follow-up calls) Follow-up SMS messages aren't sending Leads aren't moving to the correct pipeline stage based on the call outcome Overall the system is unreliable, which is killing our conversion rate What you'll do: Audit the existing GHL workflows, Retell agent, and Make.com scenarios and pinpoint why each piece is failing Fix the call cadence so every lead is reliably called multiple times across the week (quick retry on no-answer, then follow-up calls over the next days within business hours), and exits cleanly once they answer/book/opt out Fix the SMS follow-ups so they actually send Correct the pipeline routing so leads land in the right stage based on outcome Tighten the Retell prompt so the AI receptionist sounds natural and converts Goal: a dependable system and a meaningfully higher conversion rate You should have: Proven experience debugging and building GoHighLevel workflows + pipelines Hands-on Retell (or similar voice AI) setup and prompt experience Make.com for SMS/automation, plus comfort connecting GHL to external APIs/webhooks To apply: Start your proposal with the word "PIPELINE" so we know you read this Share examples of GHL automations / AI callers you've built or fixed (links, screenshots, or a short screen-recording) Briefly tell us how you'd approach debugging a broken call cadence + pipeline routing Confirm your availability and the fixed price + timeline Timeline: Focused project — needs to be done within 4 days, so you must be available and responsive.
