GoHighLevel Expert & Developer for SMS Marketing Platform

We run an SMS marketing platform built on GoHighLevel and need someone who's both a GHL expert and a technical problem solver to handle client onboarding, campaign implementation, and custom builds. This isn't just a VA role. We need someone who can follow SOPs for day-to-day tasks but also think on their feet when a client needs something custom or complex. What you'll be doing: - Setting up and editing SMS automations and workflows inside GoHighLevel - Cleaning and formatting client CSV contact files for upload - Uploading contact lists and connecting them to campaigns - Submitting A2P 10DLC registration applications for new clients - Writing custom scripts when a workflow requires something beyond GHL's native capabilities - Configuring and fine-tuning AI conversation agents - Architecting complex automation solutions for unique client needs Who we're looking for: - Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (workflows, automations, campaigns, sub-accounts) - Developer-level technical skills. You should be comfortable writing scripts, working with APIs, and building custom solutions when the platform doesn't do something out of the box - Able to look at a client's unique situation and engineer a solution, not just follow a template - Extremely detail-oriented. One wrong upload or misconfigured automation directly affects our clients' businesses - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and cleaning messy data - Reliable, communicative, and able to work independently - Available 15-25 hours per week to start with room to grow as we scale This is an ongoing role, not a one-time project. We're growing quickly and the right person will have consistent and increasing work. Training and SOPs will be provided for recurring tasks.
