# GoHighLevel Expert Needed to Build Credit Readiness CRM, Workflows, Forms & Client Portal Pages I am looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to help build a custom credit readiness CRM system inside my GHL account. This project is for my business, Consult BKH. The system will manage a two-phase client journey using GHL pages, forms, custom fields, pipelines, tags, workflows, email/SMS automations, document uploads, payment/contract flow, and client progress updates. ## Project Overview The system needs to support this process: ### Phase 1: SmartCredit File Review / Pre-Qualification The prospect is not a client yet. They will: 1. Visit a SmartCredit File Review Intake page. 2. Create a SmartCredit credit monitoring account using my link. 3. Return to the intake page and submit their SmartCredit login access. 4. Allow Consult BKH to manually review their credit file. 5. Wait for a decision on whether they qualify for services. Important: This first phase should not collect payment, ID documents, proof of address, or contract signature. ### Phase 2: Approved Client Onboarding / Active Client Management Only after I manually review the file and mark the person as “Qualified” should they receive the official onboarding link. At that point, they will: 1. Upload ID documents. 2. Upload proof of address. 3. Review/sign agreement. 4. Submit payment. 5. Become an active client. 6. Receive updates through a client credit progress page. ## What Needs to Be Built I already have a detailed Word document with the full buildout instructions, including the pages, forms, custom fields, pipeline stages, tags, workflows, email/SMS templates, monthly progress report workflow, and testing steps. The build will include: * 4 client-facing pages/funnels * 5 connected forms * Custom fields * Pipeline stages * Tags * Workflows * Email/SMS automations * SmartCredit access update process * Approved client onboarding process * Bureau response upload process * Monthly credit progress report workflow * Client update request workflow * End-to-end testing with a test contact ## Pages Needed 1. SmartCredit File Review Intake Page 2. Approved Client Onboarding Page 3. Client Credit Progress Update Page 4. SmartCredit Access Update Page ## Workflows Needed The system will need workflows for: * SmartCredit file review submitted * SmartCredit enrollment needed * SmartCredit login issue * Qualified for services * Needs prep / not a fit * SmartCredit access updated * Approved client onboarding submitted * Payment received / activate client * Active client welcome * Round sent / bureau response reminder * Bureau response uploaded * Client update request submitted * Monthly credit progress report sent ## Important Language / Compliance Notes This system should use safer credit readiness language. Please avoid aggressive “credit repair” claims. Do not use phrases like: * Guaranteed deletions * Guaranteed score increase * Guaranteed approvals * Fast credit repair * We remove all negative items * Guaranteed funding Use language like: * Credit readiness * Credit file review * Account accuracy review * Manual file review * Pre-qualification review * Personalized next-step recommendation * Results vary * Accurate and timely information may remain ## Ideal Candidate I am looking for someone who: * Has strong GoHighLevel experience * Understands GHL workflows, forms, pipelines, custom fields, tags, and automations * Can build clean client-facing pages * Can set up email and SMS workflows correctly * Can test every workflow path before delivery * Can work from a detailed buildout document * Understands how to organize a CRM system so it is easy to manage after setup Experience with credit repair, financial services, client onboarding systems, or CRM workflow builds is a plus, but not required if you are strong in GHL. ## Estimated Scope I expect this project to take approximately: * 8–12 hours for a basic working version * 14–20 hours for a clean, polished, tested build I am open to a phased build if needed: Phase 1: SmartCredit review intake and qualification system Phase 2: Approved onboarding, contract/payment/ID upload flow Phase 3: Active client updates, bureau response uploads, and monthly progress report system ## Deliverables Please deliver: 1. All requested pages built in GHL. 2. All forms created and connected. 3. Custom fields created. 4. Pipeline stages created. 5. Tags created. 6. Workflows built and tested. 7. Email/SMS templates installed. 8. Monthly progress report workflow added. 9. Test contact run through all major paths. 10.
