GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Real Estate CRM, Pipelines & Automation Buildout

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation Expert to help us design and build a CRM system for our real estate company, LuxHouse. We already use GoHighLevel for another business. We will be creating a separate LuxHouse sub-account, and we need someone who can build and organize it properly from the ground up What We Need: We don't just need someone who can create basic workflows. We need someone who understands CRM architecture, sales processes, automation, and real estate workflows and can help us determine the best way to structure the system. The system will likely include multiple pipelines, including: Seller Leads – homeowners interested in listing or potentially selling directly MLS Acquisitions – properties we identify on MLS, contact listing agents about, submit investor offers on, and follow up with Retail Buyers – traditional homebuyer leads Listings – signed listings from pre-listing through closing We will also need systems for managing: Agent relationships Past clients and sphere Referral partners Lead sources Long-term nurture Follow-up tasks Automation & Workflow Requirements We want to build intelligent automations around each pipeline, including: SMS and email follow-up sequences Long-term drip campaigns Automatic task creation Lead assignment Pipeline stage automation Opportunity creation and movement If/Else conditional logic Follow-up based on contact status Appointment reminders Internal notifications Lost/rejected lead follow-up MLS offer follow-up sequences Re-engagement campaigns Smart Lists Tags and custom fields Calendars Lead-source tracking Reporting and dashboards Integrations: Experience integrating GHL with third-party platforms is important. Experience with the following is a plus: Zapier Make APIs/Webhooks Phone/SMS systems Facebook/Meta leads Real estate lead sources Google services Other real estate software Who We're Looking For: You should have advanced hands-on GoHighLevel experience. Ideally, you have built complete GHL systems for real estate companies, brokerages, investors, wholesalers, or sales organizations. You should be comfortable with: Advanced GHL workflows Triggers If/Else logic Pipelines and opportunities Custom fields Tags Lead routing SMS/email automation Workflow goals and stop conditions Workflow re-entry logic Integrations Troubleshooting CRM architecture Reporting Most importantly, we want someone who can understand our business processes and recommend how GHL should be structured, rather than simply building exactly what we tell you without considering whether there is a better solution. Project Approach: We would like to start with a planning/architecture phase where you learn our business processes and help us finalize the CRM structure. After we approve the structure, you will build and test the system. At completion, we would also like a recorded walkthrough explaining the pipelines, workflows, automations, and how to make future changes.
