GoHighLevel Expert Needed to Replace Podium for Two Businesses (CRM, Phones, SMS & Automation)

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to migrate our business away from Podium and build a complete CRM, communication, and automation system. Our company consists of two businesses: 1. Blue Ribbon Estate Buyers We travel nationwide hosting estate buying events where customers sell us jewelry, watches, coins, diamonds, and sterling silver. 2. Blue Ribbon Rarities Our online retail business specializing in vintage, antique, and pre-owned fine jewelry and luxury watches. We are currently paying approximately $1,200/month for Podium and want to replace it with a GoHighLevel solution that offers greater functionality while reducing costs. Scope of Work We need someone who can: * Set up GoHighLevel from the ground up * Migrate our phone system from Podium * Port existing phone numbers * Configure SMS messaging * Set up call tracking, voicemail, missed-call text back, and call routing * Connect Google Business Profiles * Configure automated Google review requests * Build CRM pipelines for both businesses * Create automation workflows and follow-up campaigns * Connect website forms and lead capture * Integrate calendars and appointment scheduling * Organize contacts and customer segments * Ensure both businesses operate separately within the same GoHighLevel account Automation Examples For Blue Ribbon Estate Buyers: * New lead follow-up * Appointment confirmations * Event reminders * Missed-call text back * Review requests * Long-term nurture campaigns for leads that don’t sell immediately For Blue Ribbon Rarities: * Customer service SMS * Order follow-up * Review requests * Repeat customer campaigns * VIP customer segmentation Existing Software * Podium * Shopify * Klaviyo * Google Ads * Google Business Profile * WordPress Experience integrating these platforms is a plus.
