GoHighLevel Expert Needed for CRM Cleanup & Automation Build
Worldwide
We're a marketing agency looking for an experienced GoHighLevel developer to help clean up and build out automation inside an existing client account. This is not a from-scratch build. The account already exists. We need someone who can come in, fix what's broken, restructure what's messy, and build the automations that are missing. Important: we are not looking for an agency or a team. We want one skilled individual who knows GHL deeply and can execute against clear direction. We handle strategy, copy, and creative in-house. You handle the technical build inside GHL. What this first project involves: - Restructuring an opportunity pipeline that doesn't match the real customer journey - Building automated stage-movement workflows - Cleaning up hundreds of stale opportunities sitting open from years back - Building a simple one-click outcome tagging system for the client's team - Standardizing lead source attribution and setting up UTM capture (or working with our dev team on this) - Building abandoned cart, lifecycle, and follow-up automation sequences (we provide the copy) - Setting up clean reporting tied to real bookings Who we're looking for: - Deep, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (not "I've touched it once," we mean you live in this platform) - Someone who can take our direction and run, but also tell us when we're wrong and offer a better way - Strong on workflow logic, triggers, pipeline automation, and integrations - Clear, proactive communicator who gives updates without being chased - Comfortable working as the technical builder while we own strategy and content Bonus (not required for this project): - Experience with tracking/attribution setup (GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking) - Experience integrating GHL with third-party booking or rental systems via API/webhooks How we work: We've already done the heavy lifting on strategy. We have a detailed plan and we know exactly what we want built. We need a reliable technical partner to execute it well, starting with one contained piece so we can both see if it's a fit, then expanding into ongoing work across this and other client accounts if it goes well. To apply: Don't send a generic proposal. Tell us: 1. Your specific GHL experience (years, types of builds, examples if you have them) 2. A GHL pipeline or automation problem you fixed and how you approached it 3. Your hourly rate 4. Your availability over the next 2-3 weeks We read every application that shows you actually understand GHL. Generic copy-paste pitches get skipped.
