We are building MoreJobs.ai, a SaaS company that sells voice AI receptionists and automated lead-response systems to roofing companies and other home service businesses. This is not a basic VA role. We need someone who understands GoHighLevel deeply, can build repeatable systems, can work with voice AI agents, and can help us create a reliable fulfillment machine. Work Schedule We need someone available: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM EST to 1:00 PM EST 15 hours per week You must be able to join Zoom calls, be on video, communicate clearly, and work directly with our team during these hours. Our business model is simple: we show before we sell. We build a voice AI receptionist for the business first, let them hear it working, and then give them the option to buy. What You Will Build in GHL For each client, we need help setting up and managing the following: 1. Voice AI Receptionist You will help set up, test, review, and improve the AI phone agent. This includes: Setting up the voice AI receptionist Connecting it to the client’s business information Training it to answer like it works for that specific company Qualifying leads properly Capturing caller details Handling spam calls correctly Routing qualified leads to the client Making sure the AI sounds natural, professional, and useful 2. Website / Landing Page You will help build or customize simple, professional websites or landing pages for clients. This includes: Building or customizing roofing/home service templates Making the site conversion-focused Connecting forms, phone numbers, calendars, and tracking Making sure the website looks professional and works properly 3. Hosting, Security, Maintenance, and Monthly Backups You will help keep client websites live, secure, maintained, and backed up. This includes: Keeping the website live and functioning Handling basic website updates Checking forms, buttons, phone numbers, and links Performing a monthly website backup Sending the client a monthly backup link Making sure the client has confidence that their website is protected and maintained 4. Instant Lead Follow-Up When a lead fills out a form, the client should be notified immediately. This includes: SMS alerts Email alerts Internal team notifications Lead tagging Workflow triggers Making sure no leads get lost in an inbox 5. Missed-Call Text-Back If a call is missed, the system should automatically text the caller back. This includes: Setting up missed-call text-back workflows Writing natural text responses Connecting the missed-call workflow to the correct phone number Making sure missed calls are recovered quickly 6. Google Review Automation You will help create simple review request workflows. This includes: Review request SMS/email workflows Follow-up sequences Review links Reputation management setup Helping clients collect more Google reviews 7. Google Business Profile Support You will help support the client’s Google Business Profile where needed. This includes: Connecting review links Checking business information Helping with basic profile support Making sure the review system works properly 8. LeadConnector / GHL Mobile App Setup You will help clients access and use the LeadConnector app. This includes: Helping clients log in Making sure calls, texts, leads, and notifications go to their phone Making sure the app is useful and easy for them to understand Helping them feel the system working on their phone 9. CRM, Pipelines, Calendars, and Automations You will help build the backend system inside GHL. This includes: Contacts Opportunities Pipelines Calendars Forms Surveys Tags Custom fields Custom values Workflows Notifications Appointment booking Client onboarding workflows Repeatable snapshots and templates The goal is to make every client setup simple, repeatable, and scalable. Ongoing Voice AI Testing & Quality Review A major part of this role will be testing, reviewing, and improving our voice AI receptionists after they are built. When you are not building new GHL workflows, websites, automations, or client systems, you will be responsible for reviewing our active voice AI agents every day. This includes: Testing each voice AI receptionist to make sure it sounds professional and natural Reviewing call recordings and transcripts Checking if the AI is answering questions correctly Finding moments where the AI misunderstood the caller Finding areas where the AI feels awkward, robotic, delayed, confusing, or off-brand Making sure the AI is qualifying leads properly Making sure the AI is collecting the right information Making sure the AI is handling spam calls correctly Making sure the AI matches the client’s business, tone, services, service area, and expectations Making prompt improvements where needed Updating the AI knowledge base or instructions when there are gaps Reporting issues clearly to our team Confirming that each AI agent meets the client’s expectations before and after launch We want someone detail-oriented who can constantly polish these agents so they improve over time. The goal is not just to launch voice AI agents. The goal is to make sure every AI receptionist sounds like it actually works for that company, represents the client properly, and helps turn missed calls into qualified opportunities. First Major Project One of the first systems we want to build is a Facebook lead-form funnel. The offer will be: “We’ll build you a free voice AI receptionist for your company so you can hear it before you buy anything.” The Facebook lead form will collect: Name Email Phone number Website URL — required Once the lead comes into GHL, we want a workflow that: Creates a new lead/contact in GHL Uses their website/business information to help prepare a custom voice AI demo Waits around 3 hours Calls the lead with the AI receptionist demo The AI says something like: “Hey, thanks for applying. We created your voice AI receptionist. I’m going to demo it for you now.” Continues follow-up by phone, SMS, and email until they respond, book, or buy Ideally calls them up to twice per day, based on compliant and reasonable workflow rules We want someone who can help us think through the best, cleanest, most compliant way to build this system in GHL.
