GoHighLevel Expert for Automations

We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to manage and build out automations across our account, with availability for ongoing hourly support as new needs come up. INITIAL PROJECT: - Build a new-lead email nurture workflow (form submit → automated sequence over 6-8 weeks) — educational, value-driven, not just sales pitches - Build a re-engagement workflow for older leads that went cold (60-120+ days, no activity) - Set up lead tagging/segmentation so the right contacts land in the right workflows IMPORTANT — EMAIL DESIGN & COPY IS PART OF THIS JOB: This is not just automation setup. We will provide the raw content, talking points, and information for each email, but YOU need to: - Design modern, visually engaging email templates (not plain text or outdated layouts) - Take our raw content and craft it into compelling, well-written emails — subject lines, structure, tone, calls to action - Bring creative ideas for how to sequence and present the content, not just plug our words into a template If you're only comfortable building the backend automation and expect us to hand you finished, ready-to-send emails, this is not the right fit. We need someone who can be creative and take ownership of how the emails look and read, not just how they're triggered. ONGOING WORK (this is important — we want a long-term resource, not just a one-time build): - Internal notifications when forms are submitted (routing to the right person/team) - Field mapping and data cleanup between forms, pipelines, and contacts - Troubleshooting broken workflows/automations - General HighLevel questions and small builds as they come up We're not looking for a big monthly retainer — just someone we can call on hourly when something needs fixing or building, who already knows the platform well enough that we're not paying for a learning curve. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, automations, tagging, custom fields, pipelines, form/notification setup) - Strong eye for email design — please share examples of actual emails/templates you've designed, not just workflow diagrams - Comfortable troubleshooting existing builds, not just building from scratch - Responsive for quick-turnaround requests Please quote your hourly rate, typical response time for ongoing/ on-call work, and include 2-3 examples of email templates you've personally designed.
