This is not a simple VA position. I need someone who understands strategy, systems, automation, deliverability, onboarding, and agency operations. If we work well together, this can become an ongoing relationship with consistent work as we onboard more clients. --- ## What You'll Be Working On ### GoHighLevel Agency Setup * Review agency-level settings * Audit current configuration * Complete missing setup items * Create scalable agency structure ### Email Deliverability * DNS configuration * SPF * DKIM * DMARC * SMTP setup * Email warmup guidance * Troubleshoot spam issues ### Website & Lead Routing * Verify lead forms are working * Ensure submissions create contacts properly * Ensure notifications are delivered * Build lead routing workflows ### Client Onboarding System * Create onboarding surveys/forms * Build onboarding workflows * Create Closed Won automations * Build client intake processes ### Payments & Billing * Connect Stripe * Configure recurring subscriptions * Create payment links/order forms * Troubleshoot invoice delivery issues ### A2P Registration System * Build A2P intake form * Create documentation process * Create onboarding workflow ### CRM & Sales Operations * Build sales pipelines * Create tags * Create custom fields * Create opportunity workflows ### Snapshot Creation One of the most important deliverables: Create a reusable KOVA Snapshot including: * Pipelines * Workflows * Forms * Surveys * Calendars * Tags * Custom fields * Email templates * SMS templates The goal is to make future client onboarding fast and repeatable. --- ## Ideal Candidate You should have: * Extensive GoHighLevel experience * Experience building agency systems * Experience with Stripe * Experience with A2P registration * Experience with LC Email / Mailgun / deliverability * Experience with workflow automation * Strong English communication * Ability to think strategically and improve processes * Experience with AI Receptionists * Retell AI * Voice AI * LeadConnector * Local service businesses * Agency operations --- ## How To Apply Please do NOT send a generic proposal.
