I own and operate a sober living business in Texas, and we use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our primary CRM and lead management system. We are currently experiencing significant issues with our GHL phone system and call routing, which is causing us to miss lead calls. I am looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who understands the platform inside and out—specifically the telephony, call routing, user assignment, and workflow automation features. I need someone who can come in, diagnose the root cause of our phone issues, fix them permanently, and help organize our GHL account so it runs smoothly. What Needs to be Fixed Immediately (The Phone System): • Simultaneous Ringing: We have three staff members (including myself). When a lead calls our main GHL number, all three of our actual cell phones need to ring simultaneously. The first person to answer gets the call, and the others stop ringing. • Call Connection Issues: Currently, calls are dropping, hanging up after a “press any key” prompt, or only ringing twice before going to voicemail. We need calls to connect immediately upon answering and ring for a full 60 seconds before hitting voicemail. • Auto-Assignment Bug: Every inbound call is currently being auto-assigned to me, regardless of who answers or if it’s missed. This needs to stop. Leads should come in unassigned or be assigned correctly based on who takes the call. • SMS Notifications: Ensure our missed call and new inbound text workflows are firing correctly, sending exactly one SMS alert to each of the three staff members without duplicates. What Needs to be Organized (The CRM): • General Account Audit: Review our current pipelines, tags, and workflows to ensure they are structured logically and efficiently. • Clean Up: Remove any conflicting workflows or settings that are causing our current telephony issues. • Best Practices: Set up our GHL account following best practices for a lead management system (Note: We do not use GHL for payments, only for lead and contact management). Requirements: • Proven, deep expertise in GoHighLevel, specifically with Twilio/LC Phone system integration, call routing, and user device settings. • Experience setting up simultaneous ring groups (Ring All) to external cell phones within GHL. • Ability to troubleshoot complex workflow and assignment conflicts. • Clear, direct communication.
