GoHighLevel Expert for VIP One-on-One Premium Support

I am looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel / HighLevel expert who can provide concierge-style, one-on-one support when I run into specific configuration issues inside GoHighLevel. This is not a full-build outsourcing role. I am not looking for someone to take over my entire GHL setup, build complete funnels, automations, websites, campaigns, or CRM systems from scratch. I am looking for someone who can act as a knowledgeable, on-demand expert when I get stuck on a specific standard feature or configuration question. My ideal setup is simple: When I hit a snag, I want to be able to schedule or request a quick working-hours Zoom call, usually around 15 minutes, where you help me solve the issue directly or point me to the exact configuration path. Examples of support may include: Workflow configuration questions Pipeline / opportunity setup issues Calendar or booking configuration Forms, surveys, or funnels behavior Email/SMS automation settings Tag, trigger, or custom field logic Contact segmentation or CRM questions Basic troubleshooting of standard GHL features Advice on the cleanest way to configure something inside GHL If the answer cannot be solved immediately during the call, I would expect you to create a clearly defined follow-up/ticket-type item, research or test the issue, and then come back with a practical answer. Important Expectations I am looking for someone who is: Very knowledgeable in GoHighLevel Comfortable giving granular, specific help Able to explain the exact steps clearly Available during working hours for short support calls Honest when something requires follow-up Practical and efficient, not trying to turn every question into a large project Comfortable working as an expert advisor, not just a task executor This role is related to a broader system I am building where GoHighLevel is used for the pre-engagement/sales side before handoff into a separate operating system, so I need the GHL side to be clean, understandable, and configurable without overbuilding. How I Want to Work I would like to start with a small paid test engagement. The first engagement may be: A 15–30 minute Zoom call Review of one or two current GHL configuration questions Assessment of whether this support arrangement is a good fit If it works well, I would like to continue on an as-needed basis. Please Include in Your Proposal Please answer the following: How many years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience do you have? Are you comfortable providing short, on-demand troubleshooting calls rather than only full project builds? What are the main GHL areas you are strongest in? What is your typical availability during business hours? If you cannot solve an issue live, how would you handle the follow-up? Please describe one example of a tricky GHL configuration issue you solved. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has worked deeply inside GoHighLevel and can quickly say: “Click here, check this setting, this trigger is wrong, this workflow condition should be changed, this is a GHL limitation, or this is the cleaner way to structure it.” I value speed, clarity, accuracy, and practical advice.
