# GoHighLevel Expert: Build Reusable Snapshots + a Setup Guide (1-on-1, Recorded) ## The job I build websites and automation for US contractors. I run my own GoHighLevel account. I need a GoHighLevel expert to build one full snapshot with me from scratch. We set it up start to finish. We test every piece. Then you write a plain guide so I can load the same snapshot onto a new client in minutes. We work live on a screen-share call. We record every session because I want to repeat the build on my own later. You show me each step as we go. ## What we build together **Website (SEO optimized)** - Home page built to convert - About page tuned for SEO - A complete contact page - 3 or more service pages you can customize (each linked to the Google profile) - 3 location pages you can customize - An AI hero video that loads an image first - Social proof near the top: reviews with photos plus before-and-after shots - An FAQ block with no collapse - An instant lead form - A price calculator that gives a ballpark and grabs the lead - A self-booking calendar that drops jobs onto the schedule - Schema markup on every page - A real sitemap plus robots tags - Canonical tags set right - Page titles in this format: Service | Location | Business (example: HVAC | Dallas | Monk Healing) - Loads in 1 to 2 seconds with lazy loading - Linked to Google Search Console - Indexed on Google and Bing - AI search setup: an llms.txt file plus a markdown mirror of every page so AI tools cite the site **Domain + phone + A2P** - Register a domain - Register the A2P 10DLC brand through the A2P registration wizard - Register a phone number under that brand **CRM (LeadConnector plus Beeper)** - Every new lead lands in the CRM on its own - Social DMs and emails funnel into one inbox - Pipeline stages that fire the right text at the right moment **Automations** - Missed call text-back that fires in 5 seconds - Lead intake that books the person into the CRM or a calendar - A 5-star review request that fires when I drag a lead to the won stage - An auto-reply to every Google review that names the service and the city - An auto-post to the Google profile 2 to 3 times a week - A follow-up that hits each new lead 3 times - 3 SMS reminders for every booked job ## Step two: automate the setup itself Once the snapshot works, I want your brain on the next problem. I want to spin up a new client fast. So we map a way to automate the whole setup inside GoHighLevel. Picture webhooks and a flow you reuse. It takes a new client's name and phone and address. Then it builds the pieces for you.
