The opportunity We're an agency expanding into white-labelled GoHighLevel systems as a service line, and we've just landed our first customer for it: a UK same-day courier brokerage. They quote jobs, take payment online, and source drivers to move the freight. A real, trading business — not a startup idea, and not a test account with fake data in it. We went through their payment data properly for the first time recently, and found something most businesses like this never notice: a third of their card revenue already comes from customers who book repeatedly, completely unprompted — some of them five, six, seven times over several months — and not one of them has ever been offered an account. Meanwhile roughly 70% of everyone who books once never books again, simply because nobody ever asks them to. On top of that, real quotes worth thousands of pounds get raised in the evenings and overnight and just expire, unchased, because nobody's there. None of that is a marketing problem. It's a memory problem — the business already has all the data, it just doesn't act on any of it. That's what we want GoHighLevel for: a system that watches the client's existing customers and payment data and does the follow-up nobody has time for. Not lead gen, not funnels — memory, running on autopilot. What we think needs building Here's our own read of the build, based on their data. We're not GHL experts ourselves — if you can see a smarter or cheaper way to do any of this, we'd genuinely rather hear it than have you build what we've written blind. Inbound webhook integration. Their booking portal (Laravel, with Stripe and a proper queue system) will POST JSON events — quote.created, booking.paid, job.delivered — and GHL needs to turn those into contact records and trigger fields (quote value, route, expiry time, spend-to-date, last-booked date). A one-off historic import — around 900 customers from Stripe payment history, segmented by how they actually behave (repeat vs one-off, dormant account vs active). Likely more once live, since they're only just moved onto this new booking system. A handful of automations, each tied to something real in the data: Chase an unpaid quote before it expires — including the ones raised at 9pm on a Sunday. When a repeat customer's pattern breaks (a monthly booker goes quiet for two months), flag it before they've fully drifted to someone else. When a customer books a second time, offer them an account — not before, since offering accounts to first-timers is exactly what's produced a pile of dormant, never-logged-in accounts already. Missed-call text-back, since this is a phone-heavy trade. UK SMS compliance — Sender ID / Twilio regulatory bundle, done properly. A simple reporting view — quotes chased, revenue recovered, accounts activated. This is Phase 1. If it lands well, there's a clear Phase 2 (tiered account rewards, after-hours Voice AI, review automation) — worth knowing if you'd want to be the one who keeps building it. It's also worth knowing this build is meant to become the reference template for other clients we bring on under the same white-label offering — if this goes well, there is realistically more of this kind of work coming, not just this one account. Equally — if you look at this and think something above should be built differently, added, or folded into Phase 1 instead of held back for later, tell us. We'd rather hear a better idea now than discover it in month three. What would make your application stand out If this sounds like your kind of project, here's how to make that easy for us to see: Show us a real one. Point to a system you've built that connects an external app to GHL by inbound webhook — walk us through what it did and why it was built that way. Screenshots, a Loom, a case study link, whatever you've got. This is the single best way to stand out. Tell us what you'd do differently. If anything in the plan above could be smoother, cheaper, or smarter, we'd love to hear your take — we're building this with someone, not just handing over a spec. Tell us the most relevant thing you've built to this, and what you'd genuinely do differently for a same-day courier client versus a typical service business. This is your chance to show us your experience rather than list it. Two quick confirmations we do need: have you personally registered a UK Sender ID / Twilio regulatory bundle before, and are you comfortable building entirely inside our agency account (this is a work-for-hire build — we own it outright, not a hosted/resold sub-account)? How to apply — we need two numbers, not one Please quote: A fixed one-off price for the Phase 1 build described above. Your proposed monthly rate to run and maintain it afterwards — keeping the automations working, handling GHL platform changes, and being the point of contact for small tweaks. Tell us roughly how many hours/month that assumes, and what would push you to bill extra. Equally, tell us what it would cost for additional clients under the same arrangement, and roughly how many you could manage well before quality starts to slip. We're not committing to your monthly rate on this contract yet — Phase 1 is the fixed-price job we're hiring for right now — but we'd love to know your ongoing number upfront, because if this works well, we're hoping to keep working with whoever builds it, not just hire them once. Deliverables & handover Built inside our GHL agency account — full ownership, no reseller lock-in. A screen-recorded walkthrough of every workflow, explaining the logic, not just the clicks. A short written note on anything you'd consider out of scope for the build price, so we know what a Phase 2 would look like.
