HubSpot Audit & Implementation Roadmap - B2B SaaS

We are a B2B SaaS company using HubSpot with approximately 100,000 contacts in our database. We are looking for a highly experienced HubSpot consultant to conduct a comprehensive audit of our current setup and help us determine what should be improved, rebuilt, or implemented. This is not an implementation project yet. The first phase is focused on assessment, recommendations, and strategic planning. What We Need → Review our current HubSpot setup, including: • Workflows • Automation • Lifecycle stages • Properties • Reporting • Integrations • Data structure → Understand how data enters HubSpot and how it flows through our systems → Evaluate existing plays, automations, and processes to determine what is working and what is not → Identify: • Gaps • Inefficiencies • Technical debt • Opportunities for improvement → Recommend the best future-state architecture based on our business goals → Clearly explain: • Tradeoffs • Priorities • Implementation requirements You will work alongside the person who originally helped implement parts of the system, allowing us to combine historical knowledge with an objective expert assessment. Ideal Experience → Led multiple HubSpot audits, optimizations, and rebuilds for B2B SaaS companies → Designed scalable systems for: • Lifecycle management • Lead management • Marketing automation • Reporting and attribution → Strong understanding of: • Marketing • Sales • Operations • Data governance within HubSpot → Able to identify root causes rather than simply follow a checklist → Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders → Practical and honest about what is and is not worth implementing Deliverables → Audit findings and key observations → Prioritized recommendations → Proposed future-state architecture and processes → Implementation roadmap with priorities and rationale → Quick wins versus larger strategic initiatives To Apply Please include: → Examples of HubSpot audits or rebuilds you have led → Experience working with B2B SaaS companies → Your approach to evaluating an existing HubSpot instance → Why you believe you are a good fit for this project
