GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM Assistant About the Role I’m looking for a reliable Assistant to manage lead communication and follow-up inside a GoHighLevel-based CRM. The goal is simple: respond to leads quickly, maintain consistent follow-up, keep the CRM organized, and make sure opportunities do not get missed. Responsibilities * Monitor inbound SMS, email, and CRM conversations * Respond to new leads quickly and professionally * Follow up with leads who do not respond * Nurture leads over multiple touches * Schedule appointments or consultations * Update notes, tags, tasks, and pipeline stages * Re-engage older leads when appropriate * Escalate important conversations when needed * Follow established workflows while using good judgment I need someone who can communicate naturally, understand what a lead needs, and keep the conversation moving toward the appropriate next step. Ideal Candidate You should have: * Strong written English * GoHighLevel experience * Experience with lead nurture and appointment setting * Strong organization and follow-through * Good judgment about when to follow up or escalate * Experience communicating directly with prospective customers * Availability to check the CRM multiple times throughout the day. Experience with membership or service-based businesses is a plus. Schedule This is an ongoing role. Lead response time is important, so I need someone who can monitor communications throughout their day rather than handling everything in one batch.
