*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & CRM Specialist to help design, implement, and optimize CRM systems that improve lead management, customer engagement, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with workflow automation, CRM customization, sales funnels, and third-party integrations. *Key Responsibilities* * Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts based on business requirements * Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment reminders, and customer onboarding * Create and manage sales pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, surveys, and reporting dashboards * Design and optimize landing pages, websites, and conversion-focused sales funnels * Develop SMS, email, and multi-channel marketing automation campaigns * Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools * Connect and manage platforms such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, Facebook Lead Ads, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, CallRail, and Mailchimp * Troubleshoot and enhance existing CRM systems to improve performance and efficiency *Required Skills* * 2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel * Strong expertise in workflow automation and CRM customization * Experience building funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and appointment booking systems * Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations * Proficiency with Zapier, Make.com, and n8n automation platforms * Experience with SMS and email marketing automation * Strong communication and problem-solving skills *Preferred Experience* * Real Estate CRM and Lead Management * Home Services and Service-Based Business Automation * Marketing and Sales Process Automation * Membership and Course Platform Setup * Payment Gateway and Subscription Management *Project Details* * Long-Term Opportunity * Intermediate to Expert Level * 20–40 Hours per Week We are looking for a proactive professional who can create scalable automation systems, streamline business processes, and deliver high-quality CRM solutions that drive efficiency, conversions, and business growth.
