GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation Expert: CRM Setup & Workflow Automation

We are looking for a Senior GoHighLevel technical specialist to help us troubleshoot and optimize our backend automation workflows. We currently have a few lead capture triggers that are misfiring, and we need an expert to audit our setup and ensure our messaging streams run correctly. This is a fast, fixed-price troubleshooting contract to resolve a specific technical bottleneck in our system. Scope of Work for this Milestone: Trigger Audit: Review our current GoHighLevel workflow triggers to identify why specific SMS automation and email drip sequences are dropping leads. Pipeline Check: Audit our CRM pipeline stages and custom fields to ensure lead status updates cleanly when a tag is applied. Optimization Recommendations: Provide a brief diagnostic of our automation architecture to prevent future workflow loops. Core Requirements: Advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, conditional logic, and trigger actions. Experience managing multi-stage email/SMS nurture campaigns and internal CRM pipelines. Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of fixing broken backend systems quickly. This is a quick, fixed-price milestone for an immediate system audit and hotfix. If you can jump in and pinpoint the issue quickly, we have ongoing system maintenance work available.
