**The Harvest Clinic** **Remote Contract Role | Project-Based with Ongoing Opportunities** The Harvest Clinic is a growing Australian psychology practice providing telehealth services nationwide. We are seeking an experienced **GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation Specialist** to assist in refining, optimising, and scaling our existing CRM infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking an existing system, understanding the business requirements, and building elegant, scalable solutions that improve visibility, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with our Head of Sales & Growth and Director to translate operational requirements into practical CRM solutions. ### Project Objective Our goal is to improve: * Lead visibility * Reporting accuracy * Pipeline tracking * Speed-to-lead reporting * Team accountability * Workflow automation * Operational efficiency The successful applicant will help build systems that provide reliable operational visibility while reducing manual administration and reporting requirements. ### Responsibilities * Review and audit our existing GoHighLevel setup. * Identify opportunities to simplify and improve workflows. * Design and implement CRM improvements. * Build and optimise pipelines and reporting dashboards. * Configure custom fields, workflows, automations, triggers, and reporting structures. * Improve lead tracking and attribution. * Develop visibility around: * New web inquiries * GP referrals * Speed to lead * Follow-up activity * Booking conversions * Lost leads * Reactivation opportunities * Pipeline stage movement * Provide recommendations for scalable CRM architecture. * Document key systems and workflows where appropriate. ### Desired Outcomes We are seeking a system that allows leadership to clearly understand: * What leads are entering the business. * How quickly they are being contacted. * Where leads are progressing through the pipeline. * Where leads are being lost. * Which team members are completing required follow-up activities. * Conversion rates at key stages of the client journey. ### Essential Experience * Advanced GoHighLevel experience. * Demonstrated experience building reporting dashboards. * Strong understanding of CRM architecture and workflow design. * Experience creating automations and custom reporting solutions. * Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical CRM solutions. * Strong communication skills. ### Highly Regarded * Experience with service-based businesses. * Experience with healthcare or allied health businesses. * Experience with lead generation, appointment-setting, and sales pipelines. * Experience integrating GHL with third-party systems. * Experience creating executive reporting dashboards. ### Engagement Structure Initially this will be a project-based engagement focused on reviewing and improving our current setup.
