GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert – Affiliate & Liaison Program Setup

Job Overview We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert to set up a complete affiliate/referral system for our client liaisons. This includes creating affiliate links, configuring commissions, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting inside GoHighLevel. This role is strictly for someone with hands-on experience using GoHighLevel’s Affiliate Manager and SaaS Mode. What You’ll Do Enable and configure Affiliate Manager at the agency level Create affiliate accounts for client liaisons Generate and test unique affiliate/referral links Set up commission structures (recurring, one-time, or hybrid) Connect and verify Stripe for SaaS billing and commissions Configure attribution rules and tracking accuracy Build basic automations/workflows for: Affiliate onboarding Commission notifications Ensure affiliates can access dashboards and reports Troubleshoot and validate the full referral flow Required Experience Proven experience with GoHighLevel (Agency View & SaaS Mode) Direct experience using Affiliate Manager Strong understanding of affiliate tracking & attribution Experience integrating Stripe with GHL Ability to document setup and explain the system clearly Nice to Have Experience building referral or partner programs Familiarity with GHL funnels, forms, and workflows Experience working with agencies or SaaS businesses Deliverables Fully functional affiliate system for client liaisons Working affiliate links tied to SaaS plans Tested commission tracking and attribution Clear setup documentation To Apply Please include: Your GoHighLevel experience (Agency/SaaS level) Examples of affiliate or referral systems you’ve set up in GHL Confirmation that you’ve worked with Affiliate Manager If you want, I can: Make this shorter/more aggressive for faster filtering Add screening questions to weed out non-experts Rewrite it for fixed-price scope clarity Just say the word.
